How do I make a booking?
Booking is simple and fully online:
- Visit our website and choose which field you’d like to book.
- Select your preferred date and time from the available slots.
- Choose your session type and enter the number of dogs attending.
- Pay the £5 non‑refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Once the deposit has been paid, your booking will move into processing.
Why does my booking say “processing”?
All bookings are manually approved by our team.
This ensures:
- The details are correct
- The session type is appropriate
- The time slot is genuinely available
Please be patient — approvals are usually quick, but may take a little longer during busy periods.
How will I know my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been approved.
If you don’t see it:
- Please check your spam/junk folder
- Add us to your safe senders list to avoid missing future emails
If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us.
What happens if I don’t pay the deposit?
If the £5 deposit is not received:
- We will attempt to contact you to arrange payment
- If payment is not made within 24 hours, the booking will be cancelled automatically
- The time slot will then be released and made available for other customers
A booking is not secured until the deposit has been paid.
When is my booking fully confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed only when:
- The £5 deposit has been paid
- We have manually approved the booking
- You have received your confirmation email
Until then, your slot is not guaranteed.

If we don’t answer immediately, we’re likely assisting another customer on site — please hold for a moment and we’ll get the gate open for you as soon as possible.
How long is each session?
Each booking gives you 50 minutes of exclusive use of the field. This includes time to enter and exit safely.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. The field is available by booking only. Walk‑ins or unbooked use are not permitted.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. Every booking requires a £5 non‑refundable deposit to secure your slot.
If you cancel with 24+ hours’ notice, the remaining balance is refunded.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
- 24+ hours’ notice: You can cancel for a refund (minus the £5 deposit).
- Less than 24 hours: No refund, but you can reschedule.
The £5 deposit is always retained.
What if the weather is bad?
We remain open in most weather conditions.
However, if the field becomes unsafe (e.g., ice, flooding, storms), we may close and reschedule your session.
If you choose not to attend due to weather, normal cancellation rules apply.
Can I arrive early?
To avoid overcrowding we would recommend only arriving 5 – 10minutes prior to an appointment.
Please stay in your vehicle until the previous user has left.
This protects nervous or reactive dogs and ensures safe handover between sessions.
Are children allowed?
Children may attend but must be supervised at all times.
They must not climb on any equipment, fences, or structures.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes. All dogs must be fully up to date with boosters.
Kennel cough waiting periods apply:
- Canigen & Nobivac: 72 hours
- Bronchishield: 144 hours (6–7 days)
Do you allow puppies?
Yes, but puppies under 18 months must not use raised equipment due to developing growth plates.
Is the field secure?
The field is fully fenced and inspected daily.
However, owners are responsible for assessing whether the environment is suitable for their dog.
Is the field suitable for reactive dogs?
Yes — the field is designed to be a safe, private space.
Please remain in your vehicle until the previous user has left to avoid unwanted interactions.
Can professional dog trainers use the field?
Yes, but trainers must:
- Inform us in advance
- Hold valid professional insurance
- Ensure clients follow all Terms & Conditions
Do you have toilets on site?
No, please plan accordingly.
Can I bring toys or treats?
Yes, but please take everything home with you.
Do not leave toys, balls, chews, or food in the field.
Is there CCTV?
Yes. CCTV is used for safety, security, and to monitor misuse of the facilities.
What happens if my dog damages something?
